Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter is software for converting DVD to iPod MP4 (MPEG4), and also to MP3, AAC, M4A, and direct conversion to iPhone.
Conversion is customized by the user selecting all the available settings, video by the size, DVD segments (clips), as well as the corresponding subtitles and audio tracks, and adjust the desired quality for the output iPod or iPhone result.
Supports multiple user profiles, includes a Bitrate Calculator for optimizing the conversion and preview at the same time the conversion is taking place. The compression factor depends on the output iPod file size the user selects, so the result gets the needed size. Audio volume can be normalized. User can retrieve DVD information from the Internet in an automatic or manual manner.
Conversion to iPod can be adjusted for the application to split the video in several segments to fit the video iPod. DVD conversion to MP4 for iPod playing. Audio is converted to MP3, AAC and M4A also for being playable on iPod.
Conversion to iPhone mobile is considered as a wide screen iPod.
The application supports batch and multithreading process.
User can select what to do right after the conversion is finished: no action at all, exit the application, shut down the system, hybernate or go to a stand by status. |
